Dear Guests and Visitors,<\/strong><\/p>

We want your stay at Hotel Schwarzenbek to be as pleasant as possible and kindly ask you to read and observe the following house rules.<\/p>

Reception<\/strong>
Our reception is staffed daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Please note that payments can only be made between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.<\/p>

Rooms<\/strong>
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

You will receive at least one key card per room upon check-in. If you require an additional card, please contact the reception. Please return your key card at check-out. In case of loss, a flat fee of \u20ac15.00 will be charged.<\/p>

Please make sure to pull your room door shut when leaving the hotel.<\/p>

You may leave your luggage at the reception for secure storage at any time. Valuables can be stored in our safe upon request.<\/p>

Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Please do not dispose of sanitary products or other items in the toilet \u2013 dedicated hygiene bins are available in the bathroom.<\/p>

When using the Wi-Fi, legal regulations on data protection and youth protection must be observed. Violations will be reported.<\/p>

Privately brought electrical appliances such as hot plates or grills are not permitted. Please treat the inventory with care \u2013 any damages or heavy soiling will be charged.<\/p>

Breakfast<\/strong>
Our breakfast buffet is available at the following times:
Weekdays: 6:30 a.m. \u2013 10:00 a.m.
Weekends: 7:00 a.m. \u2013 10:30 a.m.<\/p>

Please note that during peak hours (weekdays 7:00 \u2013 8:30 a.m., weekends 8:30 \u2013 10:00 a.m.) you may experience short waiting times.<\/p>

Taking food and drinks from the buffet is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by hotel staff (e.g. for an additional fee).<\/p>

Quiet hours & behavior<\/strong>
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. throughout the hotel and outdoor areas. Please avoid noise \u2013 violations may lead to immediate eviction.<\/p>

We expect respectful behavior towards fellow guests, neighbors, and our staff.<\/p>

Sitting on window ledges, leaning out, throwing items, or shouting out of windows is prohibited. Emergency exits \u2013 including windows \u2013 may only be used in actual emergencies.<\/p>

After 10:00 p.m., our on-call service is available at +49 (0)4151 833 336 6.<\/p>

The main entrance remains locked at all times. You can enter using the doorbell or code entry panel to the right of the door.<\/p>

For your safety, public areas are under video surveillance.<\/p>

Visitors are only allowed if registered in advance at the reception. Hotel staff reserves the right to deny access in individual cases.<\/p>

Smoking, intoxicants & weapons<\/strong>
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee of \u20ac250.00 will be charged for violations.<\/p>

The same applies to tampering with smoke detectors, emergency doors, or other safety devices.<\/p>

Should a fire alarm or damage result from prohibited behavior, we reserve the right to charge the full cost.<\/p>

Bringing illegal substances or weapons is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and notification of authorities.<\/p>

In case of emergency<\/strong>
A fire alarm is a loud audible signal. Do not return to your room. Take only shoes, a jacket, and valuables, and leave the building immediately via the marked emergency exits.<\/p>

Parking<\/strong>
We offer 15 free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel for our guests.<\/p>

Other matters<\/strong>
If you notice any defects in your room or have concerns regarding staff or service, please report them directly to reception.<\/p>

The hotel accepts no liability for lost valuables (especially cash or jewelry).<\/p>

The General Terms and Conditions of Hotel Schwarzenbek apply. These can be found at www.hotel-schwarzenbek.de<\/a> or requested at reception.<\/p>

Serious violations of these house rules or our terms and conditions, as well as disregard for staff instructions, may result in eviction from the hotel. In such cases, any payments already made will not be refunded.<\/p>
